Learning paths
Getting started tells you what OpCon Continuum is and points you at your role. This page is the next step: pick your role and get its pages in a sensible order, grouped into modules that build on each other, so you're not deciding what to read next.
Each role's path also lives in that role's own section of the sidebar, so you can get back to it while you're working.
Builder learning path
Workflows, the Toolkit, job types, service requests, then end-to-end outcomes.
OperatorOperator learning path
Read a normal day, respond when something fails, then trace an incident afterwards.
AdministratorAdministrator learning path
Environments and workspaces first, then the agents and connections jobs run through.
Business UserBusiness User learning path
What the platform does for you, and how to run a request someone has published.
Not sure which role you are?
Most people wear more than one hat, and the paths overlap where the product does. If you build the automation, start with Builder. If you watch it run and respond when it breaks, start with Operator. If you set up the environment it runs in, start with Administrator. If you use what someone else built, start with Business User.
The Who uses it table on Getting started has a fuller description of each.
Where the time estimates come from
Each path shows a time estimate where one is authored. Not every page has one yet, so a module or role total covers only the pages that do — treat it as a floor, not a full syllabus.
