What is it?
This page lists the messages the Tuxedo ART Agent writes during startup, along with what each message indicates.

| SMA Tuxedo ART Agent : 0 | The version of the Tuxedo ART Agent. |
| Starting Msgin File Watcher : directory 0 | The file watcher for the MSGIN directory is started. |
| Substitution File directory : 0 | The value defined in the Agent.config file. |
