Create reusable container jobs

What this solves

The same sequence (an end-of-day close, a standard file-validation routine) gets rebuilt inside every workflow that needs it. Each copy drifts from the others, a fix has to be made in many places, and a large workflow becomes hard to read. There's no single place that owns the shared steps.

What you get. Build the shared sequence once as its own workflow, then call it from many parent workflows as a single step. One place to maintain, consistent behavior everywhere, and large workflows broken into readable, reusable pieces.
